Little Rice Tot

The Little Rice Tot Contest is for children between the ages of 1-3 years old. Each year a theme is chosen by the chairmen. Props including wagons, carriages and other small conveyances are considered during the judging. 

After the contest opens, it will automatically close after 25 entries have been accepted. Babies to be judged as a pair will be considered one entry. All contestants are invited to ride on the Little Rice Tot float for the Youth Parade that takes place on Friday afternoon.
