The sole purpose of this cook-off is to promote the Texas Rice Festival, and to supply information regarding dates and times of shows and performances.

Contestants will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Limitations will be made on this basis if need be. Prior year contestants have 1st priority if entry postmarked by September 6, 2024.
