“Bounty Rice”

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 can tomatoes
1 Tbl Salt
2 Tbl Chili Powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups cooked rice
4 cups shredded cabbage, about 1/2 pound
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese

Saute ground beef, onions and green pepper until mat is lightly browned. Stir in tomatoes, seasonings, rice and cabbage. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until cabbage is tender crisp. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
