Congratulations to the 2014 Texas Rice Festival Scholarship Recipients!
Purpose
The purpose of the Texas Rice Festival Academic Scholarship is to encourage and assist deserving young men and women desiring to further their education by attending an accredited college. The award will be $3,000.00 to a graduating High School Senior.
Eligibility
Seniors from the following schools will be awarded an individual scholarship (1 from each school for a total of 4 Scholarships): East Chambers, one from High Island, Hamshire-Fannett High School and one from West Hardin. These are the four school districts that close for a holiday to support Texas Rice Festival each year.
